Q: Why are you selling at very low prices?

A: For the simple reason that we want to sell more, and to live-up to our objective to give our customers the most reliable brands at best prices.

Q: Your prices are too good to be true, are your products original, brand new, package modified?

A: We only sell original and brand new items of the freshest stocks. Items are only sold in its original brand manufacturers' release package. Sealed and with standard brand manufacturer's warranty. We do not sell nor carry generic brands, second hand, or reconditioned products. Likewise we do not carry fakes or imitation items.

Q: Why do you sell on a per order basis?

A: To ensure you always get the freshest stocks. If the brand manufacturers phased out a model, we do not carry them anymore. And also to ensure that you always get latest appropriate pricing. As you know computers and electronic gadgets' prices always go down in time and very rare that it goes up. Also, E-C Mix Records www.ecmix.com is not a retail/store/stall/shop/outlet, we are a Direct Dealership Office as an e-commerce or internet based business. We act as a Marketing Arm for all the brands that we carry. You need to place your order by paying it first so we can allocate a stock for you to buy. We market products for all the brands that we carry, and all orders that we take are processed to be passed on to the brand manufacturers. These Brand Manufacturers then, sends your orders to us for releasing. We do not have control on the prices and the discounts as well, they are the ones implementing it. We do not make money from sales orders placed on us. We get paid for marketing their products.

Q: Can I just drop by and purchase from you so I can have my items when I leave your office?

A: No. We do not have a physical office. We host a virtual office over the internet since we are an e-commerce or internet based business. A: We have been in the business for 13 years now. We have established our name and reputation over those years. You may check our business registration at the City Mayor's Office of Quezon city, Philippines, Department of Trade & Industry Philippines, and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Payments are likewise secured by bank deposits at any BDO branches to any of our accounts. This practice secures your transactions through paper trails which is more secure than "tao-tao" (one-person reseller) transactions and "meet-ups".
