E-C Mix Records reserves the right to reject, decline, or discontinue a sale, deal, or transaction at any time for whatever reason. E-C Mix Records also reserves the right not to furnish or disclose such reasons for it.

STEP 01: IDENTIFYING YOUR ITEM Identify the product/item that you want to buy. Take note of its product number and description. Make sure that the item you are looking at is the one you really want. All sales are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, exchanged, upgrade or downgrade, and/or refunded. E-C Mix Records will not be liable for any wrong orders you made.
STEP 02: CHECKING FOR STOCK AVAILABILITY & LATEST PRICING Contact us to check for the availability of stocks and for the latest pricing. Please take note that all prices are subject to changes anytime. STEP 03: PLACING & CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER If the stocks are available, you may already confirm and place your order.
STEP 04: PAYING FOR YOUR ORDER Before we can process your orders, you first have to transact for payment. You have the following payment options: l Cash (full payment). Payments accepted in our office in Cubao, Quezon City. Socorro, Cubao, Quezon City l Credit Card Payments (only for selected items). You can use your VISA, Mastercard, or JCB credit cards (only for selected items) to pay for your orders. This will be facilitated through our On-Line Virtual Terminal or by E-Mail Billing. Credit Card payments are processed via SME Online Solutions (ASPAC) with 128-bit secured payment gateway system. Please note that “SME Online Solutions” will be reflected in your credit card billing statement. Supporting documents may be requested from you with your purchase. l Cheque. Cheque payments will await bank clearing before we can proceed with your orders. It takes three (3) working days for bank clearing. l Bank Deposit or bank transfer. Cash deposits only. Please do not deposit cheques. Payments can be deposited through the following banks:
Please notify us of your bank transaction so we can monitor it from our end and process your orders right away. Please remember that all sales are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, exchanged, upgrade or downgrade, and/or refunded. So be sure of what you're buying from us. STEP 05: NOTIFICATION & PICK-UP OF ORDER Upon notification by call, fax, or e-mail, you may pick-up your orders at our Cubao, Quezon City office. Your orders may normally be picked-up within 3 working days, with the exception for cheque payers that requires bank clearing.
For pick-ups, to claim your items, you need to present proper identification, or authorization letter - if will be claimed by any person other than you.
DELIVERY OPTION You can opt to have your orders delivered to you via courier service (FedEx, Air21, UPS, LBC, etc.) at your cost. This is very ideal for customers outside Metro Manila and the Philippines. You have to notify us if you want to opt for delivery at the time of your order so we can add the cost of delivery to your total billing. Charges or fees are determined on the quantity, package dimensions, and weight of the item as well as the location of delivery. Delivery option by courier services is at the risk of the customer and E-C Mix Records is not liable for any incidents or accidents that may arise after the orders have been sent for delivery.
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES All items are brand new, guaranteed, and warranted by the brand companies. Warranties are given by the Brand Manufacturers and NOT by E-C Mix Records. We only carry high caliber and reliable brands. We do not carry generic brands. Usually, items have a minimum one (1) year warranty with the exception of some brands on selected items which can be longer than one (1) year. Warranties are void if warranty seals have been tampered, broken, or missing, and failure to show proof of purchase (sales receipts).
All items are checked for quality and operation before being delivered, shipped, or sold.
In cases of breakdowns covered by warranties, customer carry-in repairs should be brought directly over to the brand manufacturer's Authorized Service Centers.
RETURN & REPLACE POLICY l Item returns can only be done within three (3) days maximum from date of receipt. l Item returns are accommodated and limited for the following instances: l Defective items. l Wrong items sold or delivered. Defective items will be repaired or replaced upon the discretion of the brand manufacturer of the product and warranty coverage, NOT by E-C Mix Records. l Refunds are not allowed. l Item returns, replacements, or exchange, are not accommodated for the following: l Wrong orders caused by customers. l Change items. Exchange items. l Consumable items such as blank CDs, tapes, etc. l Softwares and Audio/Video discs. l Item returns or replacements will not be honored for the following reasons: l Damages caused by customers due to wrong handling of items i.e. breakage, over charging, scratches, water damaged, etc. l Warranty seal was tampered, broken, or missing. l Failure to present or loss of proof of purchase (sales receipt or invoice). l Incomplete item package i.e. box, manuals, cables, etc. l Damages due to accidents or incidents beyond the control of E-C Mix Records i.e. delivery incidents, weather incidents, natural calamities, environmental and social incidents, etc.
