BUYING SERVICES GUIDE (Digital Audio-Visual Media Services including I.T. Services)
STEP 01: IDENTIFYING THE SERVICE Identify the service you need from us.
STEP 02: MAKE AN INQUIRY & APPOINTMENT Contact us to inquire about the service you need from us and to schedule a visit to our office to drop any materials needed to accomplish your job order. STEP 03: PLACING & CONFIRMING YOUR JOB ORDER Confirm and place your job orders.
STEP 04: PAYING FOR YOUR JOB ORDER Some services may need an upfront payment or may require a downpayment. Either way, you have the following payment options:

Please notify us of your bank transaction so we can monitor it from our end and process your job orders right away.
Please remember that all job orders are final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, and/or refunded. So be sure of the services that you're buying from us.
STEP 05: NOTIFICATION & PICK-UP OF ORDER Upon notification by call, fax, or e-mail, you may pick-up your job orders at our Cubao, Quezon City office. Accomplishment time depends on the job order and varies on a case to case basis and/or as per deal and prior commitment by E-C Mix Records.
DELIVERY OPTION You can opt to have your job orders delivered to you via courier service (FedEx, UPS, LBC, etc.) at your cost. This is very ideal for customers outside Metro Manila and the Philippines. You have to notify us if you want to opt for delivery at the time of your order so we can add the cost of delivery to your total billing. Charges or fees are determined on the quantity and weight of the item as well as the location of delivery.
WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES Final disc media products are guaranteed with the highest studio grade quality and compatibility with most standard players and readers out in the market today. However, in occasion incompatibility issues may arise. We cannot assure full compatibility with all kinds and types of equipments, i.e. CD/VCD/DVD players.
Disc media based services are warranted for seven (7) days and can be returned and replaced if proven to be defective in nature. Returns and replacements are not applicable to disc media based services due to incompatibility to your players. Likewise, there are no warranties on all other digital audio-visual media services.
RETURN & REPLACE POLICY There are no returns and no replace/exchange on all digital audio-visual media services including print media services.
